I have been communicating with Vogar Nuenz for the past week about an x1. I told him i will be coming down on the weekend to buy the car. He told me down he sold the car on my way down. Our salesman Aaron was great to work with but the managers and business office were AWFUL! We purchased the vehicle and they wouldn’t give it to us for 10 days because we wrote a check. A manager named Mike treated us like we were garbage. I expected better from a BMW dealership. It felt like we were at a shady used car dealership and they were just messing with us. I will never purchase a car from them again! Our salesman was super helpful and kind but everything after that was a nightmare. We drove up there for a third time after the check had cleared from our bank and they STILL wouldn’t give us the car. It was so frustrating and it feels like a toxic and dysfunctional environment where they don’t work as a team and don’t give a crap about customer service. More
