Great experience I've never been a fan of buying at a dealership, because of the games that often go on -- " I've got to run this by my manager", added "fees", etc. An I've never been a fan of buying at a dealership, because of the games that often go on -- " I've got to run this by my manager", added "fees", etc. And the St. George market is generally higher priced and less willing to be competitive with other markets (both new and used). This purchase was facilitated by the Internet, so was able to do some homework on the price before the visit. However, the one drawback to my experience was an add-on fee I didn't want, $400.00 for an anti-theft etching (pre-existing as this was a used suv). If this was mandatory (it supposedly was), it should have been in the quoted price. But everything was in writing and explained. The CX-5 is great so far, and my several past experiences with the service department on another Mazda have been excellent. The sales person, Kevin Wells, Bus. Mgr., thoroughly discussed the suv, answered our questions honestly, showed us a CarFax report, and was a professional. Same for the finance person, although she was stuck with explaining the above add on, and tried on two occasions to sell us an extended warranty. Subject to the above caveats, I do recommend the Stephen Wade Mazda dealership. More

He offered me a same day appointment, which I was unable to take advantage of, but got me in first thing the next morning. I appreciate the way the service department checks over my car to make sure nothing else needs repairing. Getting a car repair can be a hassle, but Stephen Wade makes it as easy as possible. Thanks! Car purchasing experience. Working with Mark Sinagra was a very pleasurable experience. He is very knowledgeable of your product line and was able to answer all our questions. I expect the after sale process to also be satisfactory and helpful. Car buying is never fun. I believe we looked at most of the brands and mid-size SUVs on both sides of the freeway. Stephen Wade's full line of vehicles made it easier. Our biggest obstacle was finally deciding which vehicle to purchase -- the Mazda CX-9 Signature or the Honda CR-V EX-L Touring. The interior of the CX-9 Signature stood out from all the other brands. Randy King made the final process the most comfortable of all our past purchases.
