Our aging (1999) Odyssey had a fuse blow out just before will pulled into St. George for a two night stay and golf respite enroute to Denver from So. Calif. Actually, we didn't know for sure that it was a fuse, but our radio stopped working and the cigarette lighter plug-in was no longer recharging our cell phone. To make matters worse, the air conditioning appeared to be on the fritz. Within minutes after contacting your dealership, your service staff had us scheduled to drop off the car and deposit us back at our hotel via courtesy car. A half hour later the problem was diagnosed as a faulty fuse as well as -- put gently, of course -- operator error in using the wrong plug-in for the phone and not recognizing that the defroster we activated during the rainstorm was redirecting A/C airflow. Your staff (Mike Carter?) was terrific to deal with and much to our surprise, refused any payment -- even pointing out how to correct the problem should it reoccur. We're planning to replace this vehicle soon, likely with an upscale model now that the kids are gone. Based on the last in a series of good experiences, we're thinking Honda. More

I have both a Mazda and a Honda which I purchased from this dealership. Over the past 10 years I have been taking my cars in to them for service and maintenance. I feel this dealership is both honest and fair and they REALLY DO want the very best for their customers. My wife and I had a great experience working with Nate at Stephen Wade Honda. We were greeted right away by Nate who was very friendly and did not try to push one thing or another on us. Nate was interested in what we were looking for and tried to find what would work for us budget wise. We originally test drove an Accord and then a Civic, and chose the Civic based upon our price range. We were not easy customers to deal with, but Nate stayed very friendly and professional and gave us a great deal on the car. After getting the vehicle home, we found that the car was too small for our needs. We took the car back and worked with both Nate and Adam Wade in looking for another vehicle that would better suit us. Without any problems, they took the car back and found us a new Accord that worked better for our circumstances. I believe this situation would have been frustrating for some other dealers, but they made us feel like valued customers. They seemed more concerned about how happy we were with our purchase, rather than the extra work we had caused them. We went from being a little embarrassed about having to take the Civic back, to feeling really good about what had transpired. We ended up with the car that we wanted, and love our new Accord. Having worked with Nate and Adam, I would recommend them to any family or friends looking for a vehicle. I will definitely go to them for any future vehicle needs. More
My wife and I just purchased a new 2012 CR-V EX-L w/Nav from Kevin. After being involved in the purchase of 4 cars in Las Vegas (2-Toyota, Mazda, Scion), this was like a breath of fresh air. Entire process took about an hour plus Kevin spent 30-45 minutes with us making sure we understood how the Bluetooth, Navigation, and other electronics worked. Our car had NONE of the little dealer add-ons that Vegas dealers soak you with. I had picked out the car over the Internet and was given a price and tradein figure for my car. I felt the prices were very good especially since dealers can't keep the new CR-V's on the lot. I noticed that the other reviews were poor and several years old and can't speak to them. But for me, I can't say enough great things about Kevin Wells and Stephen Wade Honda. I also spoke with Mike at their Toyota dealership and really liked him but just decided I liked the CR-V better.
