The experience we had after a concern with our CRV was absolutely phenomenal and very much appreciated. We rate them 5 stairs in every category. We are from the Ogden Utah area and even though the Honda dealer where the vehicle was purchased displays great service and concern, our experience with our local dealer only comes close to our experience with Stephen Wade Hond.. We would have no reservations when it comes to our next purchase to patronize Stephen Wade automotive group in the future. I bought a CNG Civic. They didn't participate in the national sales promotion, which wasn't disclosed until 10 days after the purchase. I asked directly about it prior to the sale, stating that the reba national sales promotion, which wasn't disclosed until 10 days after the purchase. Their response was to not return phone calls and email. I own and drive 4 Hondas, but I will not do any more business with this dealer. More
I just wanted to compliment your service department on the service we received recently at Stephen Wade Honda/Mazda in St. George. We live in Cottonwood Heights( SLC Area), Utah. Last Wednesday, we were the service we received recently at Stephen Wade Honda/Mazda in St. George. We live in Cottonwood Heights( SLC Area), Utah. Last Wednesday, we were leaving the house for a business trip to St. George, and I noticed a puddle under my Honda Accord. I had recently had Jiffy Lube service the transmission, so I took the car in on the way to Jiffy Lube to check on the leak. They looked at it and said the leak was fixed, so I continued on my trip. When we stopped for gas in Cedar City gas I discovered yet another puddle under the car. I checked the transmission fluid and it stilled showed full. I was still concerned. I remembered that there was a Honda dealership in St. George so we decided to continue on to St. George to have the transmission looked at. We arrived at your service area at 3:00 Pm. My business meeting was scheduled to start at 4:00 PM. Jeremy Coplin met me and asked what I needed. I explained the problem including my time issues. He said that they could get us in. We went to the waiting area and started working on a way to get to the meeting. Jeremy got back to us in 15 minutes stating that the our car was next in. At 3:30 he got back to us and said the car was finished, that the problem was that Jiffy Lube had spilled all over the shield without cleaning it up so fluid that had collected on the shield was dripping off. Your folks had removed the shield, cleaned it up, checked the plug and number of other things on the car as well to make sure the car was ok for travel. This relieved us greatly. When asked what the charge was, I was told no charge! I made my meeting on time, comfortable that are car was ok. I want to thank Jeremy and your service department for above and beyond! We expected to pay, we only hoped that we could be taken care of quickly at the last minute, instead our expectations were exceeded. We are very impressed with the service we received, specifically by the way Jeremy treated us. If I lived in St. George, I most certainly would be a return customer, that said, I am glad to know there is someone we can trust in St. George for fair treatment! More
Jack Must couldn't have been better;fair,more knowledgeable. Bad closing,Tanya(I think that was her name) was good, but the $400 surprise for transfer of laser I.D./theft protection was excessive knowledgeable. It's been over 2 weeks since we purchased and no one has contacted me about activating any kind of ID theft protection, nor any procedures for notice or detection of fraudulent activity. I leased a p/u back in 1995 and swore I'd never go back to S.Wade dealerships. If you hadn't had the only model/color this side of SLC, I probably wouldn't have gone back this time. More

All went well, they were unable to take our first trade but did so with the second offer. The main problems were we had to wait over an hour to see tonia, with only the offer of water, no coffee or soda but did so with the second offer. The car was to be filled with gas, and we nearly ran out before we got home, had to fill it in mesquite, so you still owe me a tank of gas, and I did not get a new cap either, you owe me..... Tonia was very helpful and very efficient, Nate was as helpful as possible within company rules , I guess. More
