I have left messages that were never returned, been promissed 3 or 4 call backs that I never did get, The day I bought my car I left feeling like an appreciated customer... now, I'm just another sucker that bought their service contract.... I will NEVER return to this dealership. Enjoy the attention they give you and the promises they make when you buy you car because after that they don't care what you think of them. More

Less then 7 months I've had to replace the batt Recently purchased a 2013 Dodge Dart and I've never had so many problems with a vehicle in the past. Less then 7 months I've had to replace the battery,key fob, transmission issues and now I'm being told that I'll have to leave my car in the shop for a week to determine the issues with the vehicle now! Are you kidding me? I would like to see the person who so called " inspected the car" because clearly it should not have been certified. So what did I do? I went down to the dealership and asked for an explanation from "Kevin wells" the salesperson and he had no answer for me other then "let me get the general sales manager" after being told to wait a minute increased to 20 min while I clearly saw them conversating about the situation.. Why was I not called into the room? Who knows.. Then I'm called into the room and after the situation is explained I'm told "that's part of life". I would have expected a far more professional answer then that! After 30 minutes of going back and fourth not only did I waste my time but I was practically insulted. Never will I return! If you want a reliable car do not go here. If you want good customer service do not go here! And mainly .. If you want to feel appreciated for your service and find a car you feel safe in do not go here!!! More
