Fair and Honest Went to have an oil change and a tire rotation. They discovered an oil leak that I was not aware of. After further investigation they determined a seal had been compromised due to over tightening. Chris thought that it may have been one of their technicians that may have been at fault. Therefore they cleaned up the leaked oil and replaced the seal at no charge to me. They could have charged me for the diagnosis of the leak, the seal and the labor to perform these functions, but did not. I appreciate their honesty and fairness with this. This is the third Honda I have owned and this is not the first time this service department has been extremely honest and fair with me. That is why I will continue to bring my car here for any service that is needed. More
