I did purchase the prepaid package because it brought down the cost of the oil changes and added in the tire rotation. FYI: the wait time is always over an hour. The employees are friendly, and the waiting room was comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and the snacks and drinks are a nice bonus. I have noticed, that each time my oil is changed they always tell me that my air filter needs to be changed as well. If I drove more than 6000 miles a year I could understand that. However, I live in a small town where the air is clean and I don't drive that far that often. So, when they actually bring the filter into the waiting room and show me how dirty it is then I opt to have it changed and pay for that. Otherwise I just wait. My van drove really well for the first six years. However six months ago when they rotated the tires, they did something that created awful vibrations I could fill in the steering wheel, as I drive down the road. Since I don't drive that far that often, it didn't bother me much, but it finally got to the point that we had some parts replaced on it by somebody else. Most of the vibration was gone. After this recent oil change, and tire rotation, the vibration is back just as bad as ever. I don't know what they are doing, but I will not have them rotate my tires again. (On this visit they did tell me I needed new tires and gave me an estimate for that, so I'm going to have to do some research to find out if I actually need new tires or not). More

Team members such as Jason are hard to find. He actually seems to care about the customer. Rare in today's fast pace environment. Courtney has good energy and was very professional as well.
