He assured me it had full factory warranty since I was the first owner. Convinced, I took vacation days and drove down from central ND; I traded my vehicle in and drove it home. It sat in the garage over the winter and both rear shocks leaked out. Brought into my local dodge dealership, NO WARRANTY. Called Tim. Got the run around for two weeks and then he stopped taking my calls. Spoke with the sales manager who continuously tried talking over me and basically called me a liar. Have yet to get a call back. Guess I'll know better next time. I've been in law enforcement for over 10 years and have yet to meet a more dishonest group. More
