Radio replacement I had to have the radio in my 2015 Jeep Cherokee replaced, the replacement process went quickly, but they had a hard time retrieving the computer secu I had to have the radio in my 2015 Jeep Cherokee replaced, the replacement process went quickly, but they had a hard time retrieving the computer security code, they didn't relay to me the reason for the delay, after 2 hours of sitting I had to get up and walk around, when I came back into the service department I noticed that my Jeep was just sitting in the service bay with no service tech around and the old radio sitting outside the vehicle, I texted the service department to inquire what was going on, they explained to me then the delay. The whole process took 3 hours, it was very frustrating that no one contacted me prior to my inquiry about the situation, just a side note, the first time I was there to get the diagnosis, the customer area complimentary fridge was fully stocked, this time there was nothing. More
