Worst experience at a dealership ever!!! Went in because front passenger tire was wearing on the inside. Had them check to make sure is wasn't hub or cv joint. They did a visual inspection an Went in because front passenger tire was wearing on the inside. Had them check to make sure is wasn't hub or cv joint. They did a visual inspection and determined it needed an alignment and New tires. They had the car over 7 hours. New tires that were 77$ a piece ended up costing 550$ and then we're told that they didn't have time for an alignment. Had to go to big O to get that done. Think I'm good now but the code for mismatched tires on my all wheel drive keeps popping up. Take it back a week later and they check it out. Tell me it was just a code and they reset it. Another week goes By, still getting code. I check tires and find out I have 3-235/45/17 tires and 1- 245/45\17. Which is on the front drive tires. Tell me to go have it done right and send them a Bill for the tire. Drive train is probably trashed, but hey at least they are going to send me the money for the replacement, so I got that going for me. Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else More

At first seemed like a simple bad battery; but it was fully charge My 2015 Wrangler Rubicon wouldn’t start and nothing electrical worked. It was dead. At first seemed like a simple bad battery; but it was fully charged. Bob Peppler at the service desk quickly had the problem bracketed as a complete electrical failure because of the faulty integrated power module (TPIM). He ordered the part, kept me informed, scheduled the install, and had me on the way next day. I’m pretty upset with Jeep for having such an important and critical part not lasting more than 50 months, out of warranty, costing cost me $1,000. Bob was very timely letting me know the progress and was sensitive to my frustration with Jeep. It was a pleasure working with him. And I appreciate the friendly free quick shuttle service to and from my home. More

I'm not happy with Chrysler not wanting to honor the extended lifetime warranty for excessive oil co Bob is great and is handling a difficult problem. I'm not happy with Chrysler not wanting to honor the extended lifetime warranty for excessive oil consumption in my 2013 Jeep with only 37K miles, telling me it is okay to consume 1 qt oil in 500 miles. I couldn't even drive the vehicle 3K miles between oil changes during a consumption test without adding 2 quarts of oil after the engine went into limp mode. Even after 2 quarts added was still 2 quarts low when I brought to the dealer. That is the third time this has happened. Like I said Bob is great handling a tough situation. I am not sure if chrysler or the dealer is to blame. I am now on my 4th consumption test because they won't honor the warranty. More
