TOP NOTCH HOSPITALITY I traveled to St George for a funeral from Southern California. After the 400+ mile trek I noticed my car was leaking a lot of oil. It was Friday at I traveled to St George for a funeral from Southern California. After the 400+ mile trek I noticed my car was leaking a lot of oil. It was Friday at 6 PM and I googled Chrysler Dealers and Wade was the closest. I drove straight to Wade and was 10 minutes late for the service center. Sitting out in front of the service bay I was greeted by John Olson who was in the middle of something but still made time to help me out. I was leaving St George on Sunday so having a day to get the car fixed caused some anxiety. John was so hospitable and should be a solid model for all employees. He and another salesmember walked me through leaving the car overnight and getting it checked out the next day. John took the initiative in contacting the enterprise rental car company to find out they where closed as well. I was a bit stranded and John was kind enough to offer a ride I gladly accepted. I called the service department the next day and they informed they had already diagnosed the problem and thankfully had the part in stock and that it will be fixed in a few hours. I have to say I have never had this type of experience with any dealership. It was exceptional. Thank You John and the whole team for taking a stressful and emotional time for me and making the experience stress-free. When I purchase my next vehicle I will be sure to buy from you John. More
