I have always been a used car buyer. My friend Robert Eames, General Sales Manager at the dealership introduced me to Gary Johnson who's title - Sales and Leasing Person- does not begin to accurately describe. Gary did a great job of picking out several selections of new and used cars and thoroughly explaining the benefits and limitations of each. Gary took enough time displaying the cars then road testing them with my wife and I to really understand each selection. After narrowing the field we began to discuss the advantages of owning versus, finance purchasing, versus finance leasing. This discussion, with excellent number preparation by Robert Eames led me to a decision to lease a 2013 Chevrolet Traverse AWD. After review of the details and operating the vehicle for a week I could not be more excited or happier about the decision. Gary's follow up has been terrific and the staff at Stephen Wade has done a dedicated job of transitioning me into this car. More
