The manger called me in a huff and demanded I update my google review (insulting my intelligence). The MSRP including all dealer fees was 31k and some change. After I spent over an hour and a half there test driving multiple vehicles and looks at what was available, I was sat down and told it was 40k and change for the vehicle. The manager specifically told me that it was only 8500 over MSRP (not 10 grand as I originally said) The manager even asked if it would have been better to tell me upfront about the price gouging, and tried to compare himself to a grocery store. Here is my advice for Stephen, be honest about your prices, if I knew upfront I would have either accepted it or walked away then, but don't waste the little time I actually get free while I am on R&R Leave with this. More

Took my 2015 caddy for a recall service on 12/6/21. Started with speaking with Michelle, a lovely lady. John was my service advisor, explained everything to me, showed me the lounge which is very comfo Started with speaking with Michelle, a lovely lady. John was my service advisor, explained everything to me, showed me the lounge which is very comfortable, I chose to wait the 2 hours it would take. I’m old and don’t use those new fangled coffee makers so Michelle to the rescue. I was updated on the progress of my car. When it was done, I walked out and really stopped in my tracks. They had washed it inside and out and it looked like a new car. The two men standing by it, assuming they were responsible for it, laughed when they saw my expression. We had a nice chat and I was off, best experience I’ve had at a service department and the car runs beautifully. Thank you. BArbara Kelly More
