Extremely Pleasant car buying experience! On May 23, 2014, I contacted Ray Canfield at Lee Chrysler regarding vehicle needs for myself and two daughters. He suggested I put in a credit applic On May 23, 2014, I contacted Ray Canfield at Lee Chrysler regarding vehicle needs for myself and two daughters. He suggested I put in a credit application online, and then contact Tim Copeland at Lee Kia. Almost immediately after I submitted my application, I received an e-mail from Joe Cassler acknowledging my application, and asking me to call him and tell him a little more about what I was looking for, which I did. Joe took all my information regarding credit, trade information, and listened to what I was trying to accomplish, which was to upgrade our vehicles (all older models) and improve our gas mileage. Joe promised to share my information with Tim Copeland, and see what vehicles would work best for our budget and needs. After work on Friday, I went to Lee Kia to see what options were open to me. Tim and Joe had already obtained financing for one of my daughters and myself, and had vehicles ready for us to test drive. My other daughter came by after work, filled out a credit application, and was also able to obtain reasonable financing on a very nice vehicle. Joe Santiago had the finance paperwork completed in a most expeditious manner, and all three of these gentlemen were polite, personable and professional in their presentations. They truly made us feel comfortable and excited by accomplishing what we needed with no hassle, no pressure and so quickly that I was amazed!! We were in an out of the dealership, with financing and three vehicles (two new, one used) within three hours. I spent nine years in the car business. I have never experienced the level of customer service that I experienced last Friday night. All of these gentleman, and the dealership they represent, should be given the highest accolades available for their excellent work. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for good transportation, and I will certainly be a returning customer in the future!! Ginny Alexander More
Love my new Soul! I first visited Lee Kia to look at a used Kia Soul, but after comparing prices and with the help of Nell, I ended up buying a beautiful new Kia Soul! I first visited Lee Kia to look at a used Kia Soul, but after comparing prices and with the help of Nell, I ended up buying a beautiful new Kia Soul! Nell was incredibly friendly and informative! She walked us through every step and kept us in the loop after we ordered the color I preferred! It was so worth the wait and I'm in love with my new Soul! Execptional Salesmanship Experience with Chris Cathey Upon arriving at the dealership Chris came out and greeted us. His demeanor was friendly and inviting. Chris listened attentively, asked open-ended questions and queried about what our needs were. We had what seemed like a million questions and he provided thorough informative answers to each. He never applied pressure or made us feel a sense of urgency in our decision - how refreshing! This young man has successfully found the balance between "making the sale" and providing a great buying experience for the customer! We visited other dealerships and they offered similar deals & products - however, we returned to Lee Kia because of the awesome interactions we had with Chris Cathey. Thanks again Chris! It was nice to have a totally new experience at Lee Kia. My salesperson, Nell, was nice, straight forward and never pressured me into something I did not want. She was well informed and was not your "typical" car dealer salesperson. I surely appreciated that as I was a bit under the weather and had no patience for BS. This is my second time purchasing from Lee Kia and they will be my first choice when the time comes again. Thanks. Love my new ride. :) More

I arrived one hour after my first contact. I was met by Chris out front and I never left my vehicle. I have a disability and my comfort was my first priority. I test drove the Soul and it was as comfortable as any other car (20 others) I road tested. I was very amazed of the ease of accessibility and consumer friendly controls. The ride was quiet, smooth, enough power, and met my basic needs...plus more. My credit was less than stellar, my trade-in was $500 to $1,000 more than other dealers, there were no false pretenses, and the conversation "real". I felt respected working with this dealership and never any pressure to buy. Sometimes the universe allows for trust and transition. I no longer hold onto the belief buying a car is a horrible experience. Chris was easy to relate to and addressed all my questions completely. When it came time for the financing I knew this would be the reality check. When considering the value of a new car, over similar "used vehicles" with "as is" terms, reliable with a warranty was a better financial investment. Joe was able to get me a contract I could manage until my credit score improves, and I can refinance. Being able to laugh without shame or excuses was refreshing. I drove away in an Alien Green Soul that lifts my spirit and confidence on the road. Not to mention the gas mileage and multi-dollars I will be saving in the long term. I made the leap from bigger is better to being "smarter" with all the essentials. The excellent safety performance was the final consideration. This decision was one of my more sensible outcomes. I loved making their day...they made mine. More
