I bought my Kia from this delaership, with no problems. But when I needed service they really let me down. When my car broke down recently, I made a service appointment with FWB Kia while I was still stuck on the side of the road waiting for a tow. Since I had confirmation of a service appointment with Kia the next morning, I had the driver tow it to the dealership. But the next day they did not honor the scheduled appointment. Instead, my appointment was canceled and I was told my wait time for the car even to be looked at was 3 weeks, possibly longer! Also, the lady who called me to inform me of this was very rude. When I said "But I have an appointment?! And i have confirmation." Her response was (paraphrasing) "Thats not how it works and we are not doing that." If I had known the wait time was 3 weeks (possibly longer) for them to even LOOK at my car to find the problem, I would have had it towed somewhere else! So i had extra added out of pocket expense and hardship to retrieve my vehicle from this dealership and tow it to the Pensacola Kia dealership myself. I am SO disappointed in FWB Kia. I will not do business with them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else. Do yourself a favor, stay away. More

Another manager stepped in to help me compete the transaction electronically and Denzel offered to deliver the car to our house 45 mins away. Denzel really went above and beyond to make this happen while I was out of town on business. Great communication and no wasted time! A+! More
They told me that I could not purchase the vehicle at the MSRP, but that I had to purchase it at the $4K added on price because the permaplate was included and had already been applied to the vehicle, after MSRP, but that I had to purchase it at the $4K added on price because the permaplate was included and had already been applied to the vehicle, after I said I was not interested in the permaplate. The salesman made it sound like some protective coating was sprayed on the exterior and interior already, so I could not decline that option since it had already been applied and therefore was added onto the vehicle price. The salesman told me that it had already supposedly been applied and covered both interior and exterior for 3 years. After I signed all of the paperwork it said that the permacoat was not required to be part of the purchase price of the vehicle. The paper I signed only gave paint protection and not the interior protection. After further research,I learned it was just an extra warranty and should have never been included in the sticker price. I went back after purchase and asked why the paperwork only said paint coverage and not interior and they told me because they discounted the vehicle that they removed the interior coverage. I said I thought something was already applied, like a protective coating? I never wanted the coverage anyway but I was told it was already applied. This deception added an extra $5k onto the finance amount of the vehicle. I’m pissed and I would change my review to one star because they are thieves. I’m so mad I gave them a five star review for the promise of some $75 all-weather mats that actually ended up costing me $4K extra for some permaplate I said I did not want from the start. They give you an iPad and make you scroll through all the paperwork and sign here, sign there, but what they tell you that you are signing for IS NOT what you are signing for. So read the fine print and don’t let them rush you otherwise you’ll end up paying $60k for a $30k car. More
Communicating with Jaramieh was a challenge. It would take him days to respond. When we finally went in, ready to put a down payment, they decided to up the sales price by 2600 after we were promised sticker price. Not even to mention the $990 doc fee on top of the $750 government fee. They don't want your business unless they're able to rip you off. More

I bought a car there yesterday. Collin was the guy who helped me and he was so nice he went above and beyond to help me. He drove me to the airport to drop off my rental car. You suck. Maintenance crew is horrible. They don't come out, you have to go in. Guy behind desk seems to hate his job.
