This dealership is not committed to service after the sale. I dropped in for an oil change yesterday, and they for me in, that’s it. The service man made me feel as though I was bothering him with my que sale. I dropped in for an oil change yesterday, and they for me in, that’s it. The service man made me feel as though I was bothering him with my questions about my Ford truck. Most all employees didn’t seem to be working, but rather joking around with each other. There was not a specific waiting area for people that are waiting for their vehicle. No one asked if I’d like a drink. All of these things I mention happen at Express Lube, but not at the dealership? I will DRIVE to either FWB or Pensacola to find a Ford Dealership that focuses on their customers. Lastly, I remembered after I left that I needed to order a second key. I drove back to the dealership, it was 3:15, to see if I could get the second key. The man that had got me in for the oil change, again seemingly acting as if I had bothered him, hurriedly wrote down a number and told me that I needed to call them and come back for the key. He didn’t even check to see if my key was in stock or needed to be ordered. After all that he asked how my experience was, I said fine, and then he tells me that when I get the review email, that I needed to give him a 5 Star rating! This dealership has had a bad new in town for bad customer service. I was hoping since there has been a change in management, that it would be better, it is not. When he called to tell me the vehicle was done I asked for a quote for the suspected bad part that they couldn’t replicate without the engine light. When I arrived 20 mins later he didn’t have a quote ready, said he was busy with other customers and told me it’s roughly $200. Meanwhile 3 other service writers sat at their desk behind him not offering to help. Poor service team overall More
