Great,friendly and quick service. I just purchased a 2015 Ford Mustang for my wife. I needed to get an extra key fob programmed for her vehicle. I was able to take it in right of way a I just purchased a 2015 Ford Mustang for my wife. I needed to get an extra key fob programmed for her vehicle. I was able to take it in right of way and had everything done in about 1 hour. Megan in the service department was very courteous, friendly and she exhibited great customer service. I was very happy with the results and the service. I plan on using this dealership for future service and purchases. Thank you Megan. More
Horrible, rude and shady! I went to look at a specific vehicle that I had been searching for, after I test drove it and we were waiting to hear back on financing approval the k I went to look at a specific vehicle that I had been searching for, after I test drove it and we were waiting to hear back on financing approval the keys were taken off of the desk in front of us by Donny Castleberry to be given to his cousin to test drive. Being so late in the day and we had a set back with financing we were not able to do anything until the next day. Also, while at home that night I looked online and the price was almost $2000 less than what I was told at the dealership. If I would have known the price online prior to leaving the dealership that evening I could have paid cash for the vehicle. When I returned to the dealership the next day around 12 pm to talk about paying cash the SUV was not there and was still being driven by the family member. I was told the vehicle could not be back at the dealership until 2pm. I have never been treated so badly by a dealership and I will certainly never purchase a car from there or refer anyone there. Now, if Matthew Snellgrove (our sales person) ever went to another dealership I would definitely consider buying from him. He did everything he could to try to get the vehicle back to the dealership for me. As for Donny Castleberry and the rest of Hub City Ford I have no respect for them. More
Service Department Poor We have been loyal customers for the last 4 years and I feel like its time to move on. The last 6 months the service department has been the worst th We have been loyal customers for the last 4 years and I feel like its time to move on. The last 6 months the service department has been the worst that I have ever experienced. Ever since the change in the service department (addition of the two females who work in the service department), service has been horrible. I've been told an oil change service(with an appointment) will take 3 hours when previous oil changes have only taken 40 minutes; I've been told that I needed to bring in my own oil filter to get my oil changed and then charged for a new oil filter (when I brought my own in); I've made an appointment (as a waiter) for an oil change and spark plug to be changed and when I got there they told me that there's a chance that it won't be done until tomorrow. Making appointments have been a story in itself. It feels like you are inconveniencing them when you call to make an appointment. They are very unprofessional and somewhat rude on the phone. I have other vehicles from other dealerships that my appreciate my business and are willing to work around my schedule. At Hub City Ford, you got to fit into their schedule and they don't seem to care if they are inconveniencing you by lying to you so they can get your business. It's gotten to the point where I have requested to see the old spark plugs just to make sure that they changed it to new ones. I have also noticed that when we have a "bad" experience, we don't get a customer satisfaction survey; when all goes well we receive a customer satisfaction survey. Funny, how these things work? I hope others have better experiences, but for me its time to find a new Ford service department who value our time, our business, and have the time to treat us like would their own family. More

I started buying vehicles from Sonic Fonacier in 1997 and followed him to Hub City Ford. He knows how I buy my vehicles and what I want in my buying experience. I have also worked with Susan Singleton on my last couple of purchases and found her to be very professional and polite. Dion has always taken care of my service needs and is also very professional and polite. I also dealt some with Mark during my last purchase and he followed up on all promised items. Melissa was very courteous in arranging a rental vehicle when needed. I enjoy visiting the Hub City staff. Leon always has a good story for me. I always try to catch up with Chris to see what he is driving? Great place to buy a vehicle and great conversation. More
1hr & 45min oil change with an appt. I made an appt to get an oil change today at 3:00. I arrived promptly at 3:00 and dropped my car off at the service department. After an 1hr & 15min I I made an appt to get an oil change today at 3:00. I arrived promptly at 3:00 and dropped my car off at the service department. After an 1hr & 15min I walked to the garage to see where my car was. It was still on the lift. As I was walking back the service department representative saw me and said my car was almost done. I went back to the waiting area. After another half hour the rep. finally brought me my keys. I asked her what could have possibly been the reason for an oil change to take 1hr & 45min. She told me that another car had arrived just before me. I questioned her for the purpose of making an appt. She had no valid response and simply apologized as if an apology was a sufficient compensation for my time. I told her and the cashier that I expected to be compensated for my time. She went to the computer and said that I could use $17 from my rewards program to help pay for the service. That's not compensation. I earned that credit through the rewards program and can use it at anytime. I paid my $54 bill for my standard oil change, which is ridiculous in itself, but I knew that before going so I can't complain about it. I own two newer ford vehicles valued at over $75000 but I will never step foot in that dealership again to spend money. I will only return there for recalls on the vehicle which are free and will have to clear an entire day to do so. (It is making me choose a name to submit this review. PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW!! Hello, I am writing this review about my latest visit to Hub City Ford Inc. in Crestview. I set up an appointment with a service representative (female, which I do not remember her name), this is were I got a little bothered, I told her my problem, which was "I hear a loud rumbling sound coming from my H-pipe on my exhaust." She said "What type of warranty you have because you might have to pay out of pocket, because some warranty companies don't cover that." Of course I know that, I came to the dealership because I have a Ford Warranty, I am more concerned about my car being serviced, not about it's warranty at the current moment. Please help, was all I can think of at that moment. Anyway, I set up my appointment for 8:30 AM, Friday. I get there, and she said "It might be here for a while, due to the back up of the day before's services." I said ok fine. exactly 4 hours go by and I am sitting in the lobby, I see my car getting driven around the parking lot a few times by a Tech and then it gets parked. I walk over to the service department and her exact words were "There is nothing we can do about it because you have an aftermarket exhaust on it, and that's not covered by warranty." I told her "Are you kidding me, since when does a ROUSH AXLE-BACK BOLT ON EXHAUST become the problem to an H-Pipe issue!" She then said "Our Tech said it's coming from the right rear exhaust and we can't do nothing about it." I said "I put my car on a lift and HEARD and SEEN where the noise is coming from, how can that determined by a Tech who drove my car around the lot 2-3 times and parked it!" She said "Ok let me find the Tech to ask him." Upon return, she says "Oh he left for lunch, sorry." At this point I get upset because now I feel like the Tech was in a rush to get to lunch so he quickly evaluated what he THOUGHT the problem was, so he can leave. I told her "It's fine, give me my keys and i'll fix it myself." She continued to apologize, but I just wanted to leave. I got my keys and came to a friends house and lifted the car up, started my car, heard the noise again and paid attention till I truly found the issue. IT WAS A HEAT SHIELD AROUND THE H PIPE EXHAUST THAT WAS LOOSE! I tightened the screw around the clamp holding the heat shield and the rumbling stopped..................... I was truly furious at this point because I trusted the DEALERSHIP, of which this is my SECOND vehicle I've purchased from them and they FAILED me MISERABLY. I will never ever go back to this dealership for anything! A simple task that could have been fixed if the Tech's wasn't in such a rush to go to lunch. More
