On one hand, they could not rotate the tires due to "swollen lug nuts", yet, on the other hand, they offered to install new tires on the same truck with "swollen lug nuts". Please do not blow smoke up my skirt - - if you won't rotate tires due to tread issues then just say so. And, yes, I am aware that there really is a "swollen lug nut" issue that Ford will not fix.
