It Ford Crestview will do you dirty… WARNING, LONG RANT BUT IMPORTANT TO FUTURE VEHICLE BUYERS! I had a sudden jerk in my truck back in April. It felt like a transmission issue. I took it to Crestview Ford..To get it looked at. Service said the motor was Shot and we needed a new motor. I had a warranty so I trusted them on it. I'm no mechanic. I drove it in there so it wasn't making any motor noises at all when I got it to them but I trusted them. They sat on my truck for 7 months with every excuse in the world. Lies, un answered messages, and soon much more. Also told me besides my full warranty I would have to pay them 4500 out of pocket to cover the only motor they could find . After bringing a lawyer into the talk, the manager told me he would find one for the price my warranty covered. "My full bumper to bumper warranty" After all that time of me calling every 2 weeks checking on it they finally called me back and told me my truck would be done and that it would be 450 more dollars to pick it up because of extra parts we needed. Hesitantly I agreed because I needed my truck it had been gone far too long. When I got there the amount changed to over $1,300 more to have my truck back and sign a waver not holding them responsible for the motor because it was used. I had to pay it! I picked up my truck and drove it to the entrance of Ford dealership put my left blinker on Applied the gas in the truck broke down. Yep right there. They killed the battery and didn't care. Made me buy a battery from them to get home. Drove the truck down the road, and low and behold, the same jerking and noises from the transmission just like I took it in for. I called them back directly. They said the guy who diagnosed my truck no longer works there and goodbye. I have all paperwork to back anything I have stated. I'm doing more, trust me, but I would highly suggest you report to Better Business Bureau as I am. Sorry for the long story, just wanted to put every detail so there wouldn't be questions in the comments. It was full on shady business. BEWARE OF EM! Look at the date on the top right of the receipt. More
Not pleased with service department. I continue to have navigation system problems though I was told everything was repaired when I picked up vehicle. 10 minutes with the vehicle, $303 in labor. Shop supplies charged although vehicle was never pulled into the shop, simple enough part to swap in the parking lot. Was told diagnostics would go toward the repa charged although vehicle was never pulled into the shop, simple enough part to swap in the parking lot. I have only had my Lincoln for a few months so I only have experienced service in two Ford service centers. At the dealership in my town (Ocala) the service was great, the waiting room spacious and clean have experienced service in two Ford service centers. At the dealership in my town (Ocala) the service was great, the waiting room spacious and clean and there were multiple snacks. When the service was complete my car was vacuumed and washed. At Crestview the staff were very nice and they did complete my oil change however when I arrived I was told they did not have me scheduled but could work me in ( I showed them the confirmation e Mail). The waiting room is very small with a four person limit (COVID) and several of the seats were stained They did have coffee. When my car was done it had not been cleaned at all and the old oil change sticker had not been removed and there was no new oil change sticker on the windshield. Again the staff was nice, but given a choice I would not go back. More

Since my mustang was new I have had problems with the instrument cluster software. Though they have the parts they don’t have a loaner. Just an oil change, tire rotation and balance then my recalled drivers door latch stopped working. They ordered the replacement part for me. Took from 0730 til almost 11.
