My previous dealer vacuumed and washed my vehicle after service. I had to take off and dispose of the plastic seat cover and paper floor mat in order to get in the car. Horrible and felt taken advantage of. Will never buy another ford vehicle again. I brought my 2012 fx150 v6 into the ford crestview and was told first I needed new spark plugs from my ngk spark plugs wh another ford vehicle again. I brought my 2012 fx150 v6 into the ford crestview and was told first I needed new spark plugs from my ngk spark plugs which were less than 6 months old. Then I was told that I needed a new pcm computer and still have the check engine light on. I feel like I was taken advantage of since I have spent over $2,000,00 on this and still having problems. I would believe ford would know how to work on there own vehicles but apparently not. After this I’m debating on Ford crestview integrity since I have not had problems like this from any other ford dealership. My confidence and trust has been lossed and will be going to a different manufacturer chevy/gmc to purchase my next two vehicles. I would think ford crestview would take care if people in my profession as public safety but I guess they rather take advantage of hard working people like my self that depend on transportation. I will be contacting corporate as well as letting anyone public safety and military beware of being taken advantage by any ford dealership, especially ford crestview. I will also be advising the BBB of this as well. One last thing I have made three times coming to crestview from October 2019 to February 2020. I will also note my second visit I made two weeks in advance and then when I showed up for my appointment (2/6/20) I was advised after waiting three hours, the part never got order (pcm computer) and would have to come back the next morning (2/7/20). Then after the PCM was replaced my check engine light was still on and the wrench came on now. When I asked Justin Gardner about this he said the mechanic thinks it might be a faulty wire but the mechanic wasn’t sure. Funny so a ford mechanic doesn’t know how to work on a ford vehicle nor know how to diagnosis it except for guessing. I again believe I was taken advantage of and robbed of over 2k in service work that probably didn’t need to be done since apparently no one at that service department/mechanic shop knows what’s wrong with my vehicle even though they used a computer to diagnosis the problem and still can’t find the reason to have the problem fixed. Again horrible and taken my trust away from ever buying another ford vehicle again. Even though I was looking at purchasing a truck and car in the next 2 months. Will be taking my business somewhere else I guess with a company that I can trust and depend on. More

I would have to say that I am extremely thankful for all of the ones that helped me get a vehicle at this dealership. My Sales Consultant,Mr. James McConnell,did an amazing job and didn't stop fighting to s of the ones that helped me get a vehicle at this dealership. My Sales Consultant,Mr. James McConnell,did an amazing job and didn't stop fighting to sale the vehicle to me when other dealerships said that they could do nothing for me. Took my truck in for a scheduled oil change at 10:30a.m. Two guys in the service department and neither one even greeted me. Around 11:00a.m. I received a call that I had a couple recalls that needed to be performed and was asked if I wanted to go ahead and have them taken care of. I figured I might as well since it was there and I had arranged a ride. At 4:00p.m. I received a call and was informed that they were not able to complete the recalls and that they would have to be done the next day or rescheduled. It would have been nice to know that they wouldn't be able to complete them earlier in the day so my truck wasn't sitting at the dealership all day for no reason. More
