The absolute best car buying experience ever! I worked via text with the young salesman, Marcus, and he knew what I wanted and delivered hassle-free. In and out in 2 hours which has to be a record. This young man has the work ethics & initiative that is rarely seen especially in someone so young. Also of honorable mention is the finance manager who provided facts but did not overwhelm and the sales manager who was down to earth and involved. Wonderful group of people! Was very fast and efficient. Went in for reprograming on my 2019 Escape was in and out on no time . Was expecting to meet with the estimater Woody but that did not happen . Courteous service from Brooke Thompson. Didn't fix the problem. Same issue within an hour of picking up vehicle. I called to reschedule and was told the person the was working with me had gone home alread problem. Same issue within an hour of picking up vehicle. I called to reschedule and was told the person the was working with me had gone home already and that he would call me back the next day. He has not called me back. Am not very happy about that. More
Had to have a transmission rebuilt on my 2016 Fusion. I use it as a daily and drive about 80 miles a day, and I don’t have a secondary vehicle. So they were very helpful in putting me into a rental for a few days while they were waiting for their loaner to be returned...once the loaner was returned, it was smooth sailing for the most part. I do believe they need additional techs because the tech that was assigned to my car, already had enough on his plate. I mean I was told he was the only transmission guy they had, and he also works on the bigger trucks. He had some health issues that definitely lengthened the time I was without my car, but I had the loaner. As long as o had a way to get to work, I was satisfied. The transmission seems to be shifting better than it did...so all in all, they did alright by me. I plan on purchasing a new Ford Mustang sometime in the next year or so, and will probably be going to Ford Crestview for it. More
I purchased a Saleen S302 yesterday. They made the process fairly painless. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. Breanna was a pleasure to deal with. Fiesta ST Repairs This trip to have a 2017 Fiesta ST repaired was to actually fix an issue that was induced by a previous repair from a different Ford repair center. S This trip to have a 2017 Fiesta ST repaired was to actually fix an issue that was induced by a previous repair from a different Ford repair center. Since the dash had been replaced, the issue that developed was regarding pressing on the break pedal when slowing down or while the car was in motion. From a standstill, the brake light works as it is supposed to. When the vehicle is in motion, it does not. This apparently wasn't clearly conveyed to the repair mechanics, since after three days of the car being in the shop, they did not observe it and the issue was not repaired. Only after physically showing them while the car was in motion did the problem make sense. I don't fault them for this. But the problem still exists. We'll attempt again, as their responsiveness to communicate was really great. So I'll fault my own communication skills. The other minor issues with the car were in fact repaired so happy with that. Overall, a decent experience, but the one issue that really is a big safety issue is still outstanding and will take another trip to fix. More
