Overall, a very nice dealership to work with. We quickly negotiated a deal on a 2019 F150 that was on the lot. Mike S. Was a great salesman to work with also. He was very helpful and courteous. Customer service was awesome! Rickey was my sales guy....he killed it! He was patient and personable which definitely made life pleasant and the experience comfortable. When things didn’t work out at first, he answered all the questions I had about a different vehicle and hung back while I thought about things. It was nice not to have a pushy, in-your-face sales person. The finance department was also great and listened to my expectations...then met them and some. They went above and beyond to help me out. Every single person involved even worked overtime to help get me in the car I wanted. 100% recommend. Will definitely go back for my next purchase!!!! More
