I brought my truck into the Chrysler Dodge service department for a wheel alignment. They partner with the Crestview Ford dealership for large truck alignments. The Dodge dealer brought my truck to th department for a wheel alignment. They partner with the Crestview Ford dealership for large truck alignments. The Dodge dealer brought my truck to the Ford dealer. Somewhere between those two dealerships I had property stolen out of the inside of my truck. I called Rebecca, the service manager at Crestview Dodge to report the theft. The person who answered the phone said Rebecca would call me. She never returned my call. Very disappointing. More

This dealership is the best!!! We’ve bought 4 Ford trucks in the last two years and we will definitely ONLY use Crestview Ford from now on. We used to go to Gary Smith Ford but the sales guys there are kind in the last two years and we will definitely ONLY use Crestview Ford from now on. Excellent Customer Service AFTER Hours! I arrived late, after hours, to pick up my car from the service department. When I found the service department was closed, I went to ask about this I arrived late, after hours, to pick up my car from the service department. When I found the service department was closed, I went to ask about this with 2 salespeople. These 2 immediately found my car, keys and service bill. They rang me up, wished me a good evening, delivered my car around front and sent me on my way. I am sorry that I did not get the names of these 2 people but, they know who they are. This happened around 6:30 pm on Tuesday, June 2, 2020. Ford Crestview personnel are top notch with customer service. This includes Jacob in the service department. My car is running great, thanks!
