He told me to bring it in the next day and he will have his technician take a look at it and give me a call back. Well a week passed by and no word so we called and spoke to Frank again, and he said oh the technician was backed up and he partially looked at it, because he is backed up and had other vehicles that needed to be checked out. (I told him this was our work truck we cant be without it much longer) but will be looking at it next couple days. Well I spoke with him again on the 15th and 19th and his last word was the tech finally got to look at it and they had to order a part. He said the part should be in around the 22nd. Well another week has pass by and no word. So I call back yesterday the 26th and proceeds to tell me the part is not in, that the "solenoid is not a common part". His guy "maybe" on lunch. I asked to please call by the end of the day because if not we will be picking the truck up and taking it elsewhere. I contacted my husband and he was 15 min away and decided he would stop by. He try to tell him there was no appointment, which is lie #1 because our worker dropped the truck off and knew to ask for Frank. When he told him he was there to pick the truck up, and he wanted the keys, his story changed that oh the parts are in. Well let's see you just told me 15 minutes ago the part wasnt in and your tech just left for lunch? This is the 2nd time under yalls new name and numerous times under Crestview Ford we were not pleased with service. I took my 2016 explorer in for servicea few months back, and my tires were still sitting at 28/29 psi and I was leaving to go out of town. Now when we came back from out of town and had to have something else done, I believe you were the service manager at the time and I brought this to your attention about my tires were not checked and put the correct amount of air in it and Kris was the service writer at that time. Also i was charged for service I should of not been charged for according the dealership I took it to after that incident, being I bought the service plan. We own nothing but Fords and it's a shame we have to go to Pensacola or Gary Smith when we live here to get the proper service. We kept giving this place the benefit of the doubt and was hoping for good service and we've only become more disappointed each time. So we had our truck towed to Gary Smith. As well as I called left a message and emailed you, and have not received a call back. Maybe you were off I dont know, because Noone told me, they said let me transfer you to Dion. We are getting ready to buy a fleet of work vans, sadly it will not be with Step One due to the poor service we have received over and over. All Frank had to do was tell the truth and say hey we are backed up for a couple weeks before we can get to you and ok fine had he told the truth we would of taken it elsewhere to get it looked at sooner. As we are now going on week 4. However that did not happen and sadly end result was we had to have the truck towed to another dealership. As of today I have yet to get a call back from the service manager. Imagine this, Gary Smith has our truck, got part ordered and will be ready by end of week. That's what you call customer service, something this company lacks, still under new name. More

Showed up several minutes early. Wasn’t informed until 45 minutes after my appointment should’ve started that my truck hadn’t been taken back yet for maintenance due to a technician leaving sick. Crestview Ford has always provided me with excellent service. Their Staff is very knowledgeable and Friendly. Frank was very professional, right to the point and explained everything that needed to get done for my truck. I told him I needed to reschedule the maintenance, and he was very accommodating.
