Step One Ford Crestview

Called scheduled Service on our vehicle with Justin for Friday, 9:30 am. When we got there they said we were not on schedule. They wanted to reschedule for a different day. Then wanted us to schedule at 3 Friday, 9:30 am. When we got there they said we were not on schedule. They wanted to reschedule for a different day. Then wanted us to schedule at 3 in the evening but we live in a different city. They worked us in for an Appt an hour later at 10:30. They said they would try to get us out by noon. Disappointed with this scheduling of service. My husband has been very sick & I had to get my grandson to bring the car in when he came into town. This made it difficult for our family! More
