He worked very hard, along with Ray and they both took a chance on me. The were able to get me in the car that I wanted at a great rate and a payment that I could comfortably afford. They were both so very helpful and honest and I truly appreciate them and all that they have done for me. This will be my first stop when I am ready for another vehicle. They were a blessing! More

My experience with Lee Chrysler has been nothing less than amazing. The customer service I experienced was great. Rick first approached us and then brought in Chris to assist. Chris wass extremely knowledgeable on each vehicle we looked at. He took the time to go over every aspect of each vehicle we looked at, in detail. Both he and Rick drove with me as I test drove the cars. As I was driving, they asked me questions about the feel of the car, etc...They also showed me different features of the car as I was driving. They were attentive to any question I had and knew the answers. They never tried to pressure me towards one car or the other. They went over the pros and cons of each vehicle with me to help me make my decision. They allowed my fiance and I to take our time to talk things over in private and never rushed us. They worked around my availability and work hours. As for Ray, the financial advisor, he was absolutely amazing as well. He worked his hardest to find the best rate for me by taking his time to contact multiple banks to see who would provide me with the lowest ineterst rate and monthly payments. He was so friendly and personable. I have never experienced such great customer service, friendliness, and kstaff who is knowledgeable anywhere before. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a great experience that is stress free and easy. More

We are expecting our first child and my coupe just wasn't going to be suitable for carseats and strollers. The car we were interested in was located at one of their sister dealerships in another city, so the going to be suitable for carseats and strollers. And I'm glad they did because I was really dreading having to deal with the other dealership. Chris (our salesman) was awesome...very knowledgable and professional. Comletely unsatifactory experience. Took a week to seal a deal and after finally coming to a deal, there was not compensation for the wait. After that on the way home i realize the car has less then 1/4 t a deal and after finally coming to a deal, there was not compensation for the wait. After that on the way home i realize the car has less then 1/4 tank of gas. Empty promises and gas tanks is what I took from the dealer. The Jeep is absolutely amazing though. More
