Service took too long The dealership was able to fix all of the problems that I needed. I got my tires rotated, oil changed, and vehicle inspected. However, I set an appoin The dealership was able to fix all of the problems that I needed. I got my tires rotated, oil changed, and vehicle inspected. However, I set an appointment at 7:30am, there were 2 other customers getting their vehicle fixed at the same time as well. There is no excuse to wait 1 hour and 12 min to have all of these things done. The service department is a large service department, they should’ve gotten the work done sooner than an hour. It should take a maximum of 30 min to have an oil change, tires rotated, and a simple vehicle inspection. I have used Express Oil Change and Jiffy Lube in the past and their service for these similar issues have been significantly quicker. More

While sitting there the first hour I find out that we're all waiting on oil changes. I know this is not an express but waiting two hours for an oil change is ridiculous. I think you can do better than that if you want customers to continue to use your service. More
