Great experience! I had some special circumstances that had to be addressed before I ever set foot in the dealership. I explained everything to Grant Copeland and was told that Michael Williams would call me right back.Having been told that by different people from other dealerships, I thought oh well, I'll never hear from them and continued my car search online. No more than 5 minutes later Michael called. I told him what I wanted to do and he made it happen. Michael said he would have me in and out of the dealership in less than an hour.....and that's exactly what happened.
