Probably my best car buying experience I was interesting in updating my 2011 Cadillac SRX and had been doing some shopping on line. I was contacted by the three area dealers, but no one i I was interesting in updating my 2011 Cadillac SRX and had been doing some shopping on line. I was contacted by the three area dealers, but no one impressed me like Juergen John Hommer did. He was helpful without being pushy or intrusive. I made a trip over to the dealership to drive the car , but the car I'd picked out was sold before I made up my mind. They found the car I wanted out of state and brought it in for me. The day I picked up the car was an especially busy day for them as they were delivering more cars than the average day. I never felt rushed though. The "paper signing" part of the process was very efficient, thanks to the business manager, Jim Driskell. JJ was so patient with questions, etc. and has told me to come back for a "brush up" on all the electronics. I will definitely be taking him up on that!! Lots to remember!! Also had contact with Mark Whibbs, sales manager and Ed McCombs, service manager. All in all, a very positive experience!! More

He went thru all the options available and once it came in, reviewed everything with us. painless and comfortable transaction We were in the market for a new car and were shopping in Pensacola area. We had planned to visit several dealerships, have dinner and then return home We were in the market for a new car and were shopping in Pensacola area. We had planned to visit several dealerships, have dinner and then return home to discuss the various vehicles we had seen. Our first stop was Vince Whibbs Cadillac. We were greeted by J.J. Hommer and discussed our choices for a Cadillac. J.J. showed us several models, including a certified Pre-Owned XTS. After the test drive he invited us to try a CTS. Thinking I had already decided on the XTS we agreed on the test drive, JJ pointed out several features we were unaware of and certainly impressed us with his knowledge of all the Cadillac vehicles. There was never a moment where we felt pressured. J.J. even suggested we take time to digest everything and come back if we wanted to buy. A word about J.J.--a pleasant experience with a man who certainly knew his product. My wife was impressed with his courtesy (opening doors, including her in this conversations, etc.). Needless to say we purchased a new CTS that same day. The financial end of things went smoothly I will certainly buy my next vehicle from J.J. More
Everything is great unless something goes wrong. Beginning in Oct 2017 I brought my truck in as a victim of the dreaded "Chevy Shake" uncorrectable vibration (google/youtube it). Service lied and sa Beginning in Oct 2017 I brought my truck in as a victim of the dreaded "Chevy Shake" uncorrectable vibration (google/youtube it). Service lied and said it was my tires. Over 7 months they continued to lie and replace parts not related to the issue to bleed money from GM through warranty troubleshooting repairs to line their own pockets. I complained to GM. GM ordered a final repair attempt where the Service Manager Ed McCombs blamed my new set of tires which is obviously not the case. I proceeded to file for a lemon buy back and GM's first offer was complete buy back. "Now tell me, Mr. McCombs, does GM often buy back trucks that you claim have nothing wrong with them? With misjudgments so exceptional, are you competent to be service manager?" This is fraud of the warranty system at my expense. I was with out my truck for 38 days over 7 months and when they replaced the rear-end the service tech left out a gasket and all the gear oil leaked out causing me more unnecessary down time, gross incompetence. I bought 7 new Yukons and Sierras from Vince Whibbs over 14 years and everything was fine as long as nothing went wrong. I would avoid the dealership and '14-Present Sierras & Silverados if I were you. More

When I had trouble with onstar and the XM radio people, he was there to help. He even gave me sweet gifts from Germany and took a selfie with me. I left feeling like I made the best decision of my life by joining the Cadillac family! And best of all, I LOVE MY NEW CAR! More
