JJ had to search for the specific vehicle that we wanted, JJ had the vehicle delivered, he had the windows tinted, vehicle cleaned, gassed, and ready for delivery before we arrived to close the deal. But instead of taking advantage of that as some dealership would and I have experienced in the past, I got a great no-pressure service and all my questions answered in a very comfortable atmosphere. Things worked like clockwork and there was no haggling needed as I got a fantastic deal plus good value for my trade-in, fast, friendly service and exactly what I wanted in a reliable late model used car. Their finance manager got me a great rate, over 1.5 percentage points better than I was willing to accept and had all the paperwork done in a timely manner as well as providing great alternatives in additional options and extended warranty coverage. In all my years and vehicles, This was business certainly, but I felt like I was dealing with friends and know that feeling won't change. I have never made a better vehicle decision or selected a better dealership and certainly never a better salesperson.
