JJ goes WAY out of his way to ensure that the customer has the best possible buying experience with the minimum amount of hassle or wasted time. It was JJ's attention, not only during the purchasing process, but the follow-on procedures he employs after the sale has been consumated that brought me back to Vince Whibbs when I was looking to replace my SUV. JJ showed me a beautiful Cadillac SRX and he really convinced me that this was the car for me - and he was SO right! When he explained all of the amenities that come with the Cadillac Pre-Owned Certified vehicle, I could not pass it up. In the evening prior to purchasing the car, my old vehicle was run into while parked resulting in some minor damage. JJ helped resolve that trade in issue to my satisfaction so the process could go forward uninterrupted.
