Ruined my car! I have had multiple problems with Steet over the past few years. They would service my car, and I'd drive away with a bigger problem. Even just a simp I have had multiple problems with Steet over the past few years. They would service my car, and I'd drive away with a bigger problem. Even just a simple tire rotation I drove away with this crunching, grinding, knocking sound, my car shaking, had to keep bringing it back. So I brought my car to a different dealership to check my car over and when I saw the service manager walking towards me and asked me to sit down I knew it wasn't going to be good. He brought me in the back to talk to the mechanic and he said he don't know who was working on my car and had no idea why these issues weren't addressed a long time ago. Major rusting on the undercarriage, which Steet never told me about and how I could prevent it from getting worse, parts they put on my car that were not supposed to use, not tightening clamps, rear axle seal leaking, wires that needed to be replaced, etc. I took my car to Steet hoping they would keep my car in good running condition and I would have been better off going to Joe Shmo around the corner. I'm so angry. I was told I could easily get 250,000 miles + on a highlander and how even at 10 years old I could get about $8000.00 as a trade in. My Highlander is less than 10 years old with 155,000 miles and now a big piece of junk thanks to Steet and I'm sure I ain't getting sh** for it. I hate that place! If you want to keep your vehicle in good condition stay away from Steet! More
