To start i had an old car that was dying so my mom got a To start i had an old car that was dying so my mom got a hold of these guys since she knew i was desperate in search of something better, so they t To start i had an old car that was dying so my mom got a hold of these guys since she knew i was desperate in search of something better, so they told me to go in and look and see. In my opinion the guy that sold me the car was rude and rushed me into buying a car that i did not want. Then a few days later my family and i noticed that the car they just sold me was having 5 things or less wrong with it, but i feel that when you just purchase a car you should not have these problems and that their supposed to carefully check it over for you. Then about a month later i wrote a letter of complaint explaining my opionion and views on their service and telling why i was very unhappy and so the owner wanted to meet with me and see what he could do. After the meeting his son promised me that he would find me a new or even trade car but that never happened. I had poor service and sales to begin with, in my opion i would not go here and get a new or used car. They dont treat people with respect all they care about is money..I complained and they still didnt help me out, i dont knnow what more someone can do other than complain. They promised me a one year warranty and an even trade, but they never took the time to find one. More
