The worst auto dealership I have ever tried to do business with. Poor service, poor repairs and the mechanics don't seem to care about doing quality work. Pretty good experience overall! The only annoying part is that once I submitted interest online I got back to back calls and texts from different reps who clearly weren't communicating. When I asked to test drive the car, the battery was dead and needed to be jumped. There was no gas in the car (gas light was on) so I spent the entire test drive panicking. Was told car was $19,000. When we set down to discuss buying the car they increased the price $5000. When they offered to let me test drive the car for the day, the auxiliary battery light came on. When I asked to lower the price to what the salesman told me, they refused. When I asked for more money on my trade in because there was an ad on Facebook claiming offers of $4k over KBB, they refused and said they were “out of vouchers.” Came to find out, they had vouchers left thanks to a conversation with an employee on Facebook. Sterns prides themselves on taking care of their customers. I was asked MANY times “what can we do to earn your business?” Sterns did everything but try to earn my business. More
I was in Burlington today for an appointment and ate lunch. Soon afterwards, I received a tire pressure alert on my one month old 2020 Ford Escape. Before I could get to my app't, the pressure on my L f lunch. Soon afterwards, I received a tire pressure alert on my one month old 2020 Ford Escape. Before I could get to my app't, the pressure on my L front tire had dropped from 35 to 22 to 13 psi. I used to live in Burlington so I knew of Stearns Ford. I stopped by and explained my situation to Devin. He pumped up the tire so I could get to the app't and I returned afterwards. At that point, I also noticed pressure was dropping in the L rear tire. Devin and the Service Dept worked me in and took care of my car, and me! They were life savers. They found a 2 1/2 - 3" nail in each tire. I must have picked them up where I stopped for lunch. I can't thank Devin and Stearns Ford Service Dept enough. More
