Would I recommend this dealership? I don't know for sure, but having vehicles online that aren't really available are a red flag to me. I picked out a vehicle that we really wanted. We made an appointment to see it and I sent pictures and information of my vehicle for trade in. They messaged me the next morning to confirm and I did confirm but thought I should call to get vocal confirmation. I called back right before we were to leave and was told that they had sold the vehicle so we canceled the appointment. I started getting messages asking if I was coming and when i told them that the vehicle we wanted was sold they said that they had others to look at. Apparently, the vehicle was sold days before and they "forgot" to take it down. If you want to see a vehicle there, make sure it's in stock before you drive out there or make an appointment. It would have been a 2 hr drive for us... They seemed very nice but we were unable to do business. More
Charles the manager is terrible. He will sell you things you don’t need or want. When you ask about them he will avoid answering your questions. I was also charged for a resist all package that was already on the vehicle. I feel like I was manipulated and taken advantage of. When I asked about a hole in the seat I was told to make a claim with resist all. Come to find out that it’s not covered and the package is not what was sold to me. Let alone I said I didn’t need it but they said it was already installed. Shouldn’t that be part of the sales price then? Why did I pay extra for it? But when you ask a question you don’t get an answer. He said to bring it in and he will have his upholstery guy take care of it as well as get it detailed since that was never done either. Well I went in and sat for an hour only to be presented with an inspection bill for the vehicle I traded in. When I refused to pay that he said do you want your seat fixed? I had enough of his manipulation and lies and took my truck and left without ANYTHING being done. This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased there and the last! That man is not a nice person and he’s manipulative and dishonest. More

My mother dropped off her car for repairs in December 2022. They told her that it would take a month because the part she needed was on back order. The repair to her car was still under warranty, but the catch was she had to leave the car there. It is now March 18, 2023 and her car is still there. The back order part came in over a month ago. Every time my mother calls they tell her maybe at the end of the week. She has since made 3 car payments on a car that is still sitting on their lot. She also is paying car insurance and they didn’t even offer her a courtesy car. I wonder if they do all their costumers the same way! More
Last May, my husband purchased a 2022 Ford Ranger from this dealership. It was his Mother's Day gift to me! I was in love with my truck until 3 weeks ago when the transmission slammed so hard, I thought this dealership. It was his Mother's Day gift to me! Our insurance only covered towing in a 25 mile radius, so we had to have it towed to Green's Ford in Greensboro. Took it the following week to Stearns for oil change, and we told the service staff as well as the sales person about the problem. Was given the look of "not my problem" from both departments. Had to have it towed in again for the the same reason as well as my dashboard going black with the exception of the check engine light flashing. I missed 2 work shifts, and will miss another 3 shifts this weekend due to lack of transportation. We also made the same two departments aware that my husband's F-150 was having the same issues. NO ONE there cared. He even showed them a video of his dash going completely blank. Neither dealership wishes to assist with a loaner or a rental, and Ford's response was to get a rental and we will see if we can reimburse you. My truck may have 5000 miles on it, and it is still under warranty! What the h3ll!!!! I told my husband we officially have to "Fix Or Repair Daily" vehicles and the dealership (Stearns) sales staff seem to have the attitude that once the vehicle is driven off their lot, it's no longer their problem. "Blue Oval Certified Thumbprint" sign in your showroom is a joke. You have NO desire or commitment to customer satisfaction"!!!! I will tell everyone that I know to stay away from this dealership and Fords well, I kind of already have with my Facebook post about your uncaring attitude!!!! As far as I am concerned, you need to back back your LEMONS!!!!! More
