Dave, we are happy for you that you were able to find the car and deal you wanted at another dealership! Sorry things didn't work out on the car we had here. We would have loved to have been able to earn your business! A lot of things can be lost in translation in text. After reviewing our texts it looks like we were giving you multiple payment options with options on money down and vehicle service contracts. This can get confusing on both ends and through my experience is better done in person or through email. We were just trying to accommodate your needs the best way that we could. The price of our car never changed. I have personally worked with Jeff Gray for almost 10 years and I can assure you that he is not a "liar, an a**, or a troll." as you reference in your other reviews. He is a very hard working, honest man. He is also a great husband, father, and grandfather. I am also proud to call him a great friend of mine as he works very hard here at our store. You mentioned Jeff calling you a name and saying that he didn't need your business. He and I both apologize for that. I did notice that it was in response to your text calling him a name, accompanied by a picture of the car you bought at another dealership with the other salesperson smiling. I hope you can forgive us and we will do the same regardless. We hope your new car brings you many miles of smiles to you and your family!
