No call backs and no warranty on 2014 I did get one thing fixed by this dealership but still had to pay 50 percent on a new back glass due to defroster did not work. The front glass has a issue also, I asked about it. I did not get a call back from Lisa the service manager so I called back five days later, she said she hasn't seen another manager to ask him. Finally called back two days later to tell me no. I will not ever go back to any FORD dealership due to they are SORRY. Debbie Lineberry More

Great Sales and Support I have been going to Stearns Ford for service on my 2012 Ford Explorer since I purchased from another dealer. I always appreciated their quick service I have been going to Stearns Ford for service on my 2012 Ford Explorer since I purchased from another dealer. I always appreciated their quick service and personable staff. I started noticing issues with my truck soon after it hit 60K miles and I thought that it was minor and prepared to fork over money for repairs (i did not get extended service plan). Unfortunately, the damage was not simple and I was informed that my truck had transmision issues caused by a busted axle shaft. I was not happy and could not wrap my head around having a car with these types of issues already after owning for just 2 years. I expressed my concerns to the General Sales Mgr (Stephen Stearns) and he told me not to worry and partnered me up with Wayne Stanfield to look at new cars. In the back of my mind I thought that I did not have good options in front of me... 1. A 2-yr old car with transmission issues and uncertainty about what else will go wrong, and 2. Buying a new car and going into more debt and negative equity. With Wayne's help, I selected a car that I would consider driving and feeling comfortable in. But it was a downgrade from where I was. But after they worked wonders for me from a price and trade standpoint, I selected the Ford Edge Titanium. I LOVE my new car. But even moreso, I honestly have become a Stearns customer for life. They were patient, pleasant and extremely helpful. More
Used car no warranty I purchased a car , had a problem per service department they will pay 25% of the repairs for the first 3 months or 3000 miles which ever comes first. I have never bought a car with some kind of warranty. Beware. Learned a valuable lesson DONT BUY FROM FORD. More
Very helpful and understanding I pumped 16 gallons of regular gas into a diesel fuel tank. Such an idiot. Anyway I called a wrecker service and they recommended Stearns Ford. The wrecker service, which was very good as well, took my wife, two dogs and a camper to Stearns Ford to drain the fuel tank and get us back on the road to home. They were able to take us right in and perform the repairs as required. The service personnel and the mechanic were very accommodating. If you are in the Burlington, NC area and need service work, go to Stearns Ford. These folks know what they are doing and are very nice folks. Mark Stewart More
