He was very helpful provided me with variety of choices and when I selected the car that I liked most, they offered me a best deal. I had been to other dealers before coming here but none of them paid attention to the features I like, they always wanted to sell me the car that they have in their inventory but stearns ford provided me with plenty of choices. Great Dealership and wonderful continued service I was very impressed with the Stearn's Ford dealership. After my car was totaled, I was in need of a a new vehicle quickly but it had to be good qual I was very impressed with the Stearn's Ford dealership. After my car was totaled, I was in need of a a new vehicle quickly but it had to be good quality and affordable. The Stearn's Family was very friendly and knowledgeable for the entire process, and was able to get me off the lot with a new car in no time. They also gave me a fantastic rate, so my car payments went down by close to $75/month! The service didn't just stop at the buying experience though, they have followed up personally with me multiple times and continue to impress with their customer service. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle! More

I could not ask for more from a buying experience. This was the second time that I have visited Stearns to check out one of their vehicles. The first time the truck I was looking for was in the process of being bought. This was my first Contact with Max Karlas and Delaine Kimrey. Both very professional and personal. When I purchase a vehicle I will not buy from someone that I don't feel like I can trust. Couple Months go by and I see another quality Ford Truck at Stearns. I requested information online and with in 10 minutes Delaine calls and remember my previous situation. Set up an appointment early in the morning and make the buy. I have never been so impressed with such a family atmosphere. Max our salesman answered all of our questions he went the extra mile for our trade in. I highly recommend Stearns for anyone out there looking to buy a Used/New vehicle. I am so proud to say that I am apart of the "Stearns Family" More
Problems with mechanical issues and they were not resolved Bought a used performance dodge srt8. Had serious front end issues. Always given the run around while the managers hide behind the staff. DO NOT buy here! Once you do it is yours no matter what they tell you! The salesman Dustin Ramsey is the only person who seemed like they cared! More
New Car I traded a 2014 Ford Escape and got a new 2016 Ford Escape Titanium. My salesmen Max Karlas and Joe Birch was very good help. They went the extra mile to make sure I got the car I wanted. This included making a few trips to another dealer. They were very patience and did not show irritation as my husband, daughter and myself asked questions and couldn't decide which color we wanted. Each time I went they greeted me with a friendly smile. I am a satisfied customer and will use them again. I love my ruby red Ford Escape. More
No call backs and no warranty on 2014 I did get one thing fixed by this dealership but still had to pay 50 percent on a new back glass due to defroster did not work. The front glass has a issue also, I asked about it. I did not get a call back from Lisa the service manager so I called back five days later, she said she hasn't seen another manager to ask him. Finally called back two days later to tell me no. I will not ever go back to any FORD dealership due to they are SORRY. Debbie Lineberry More
