I had already picked out the truck I wanted in Greensboro but I thought what the heck, I live in Burlington so I'll give them a chance. Next morning I went by and spoke to Theo Crespo's (salesmen) and he was really great and very helpful. I had planned on buying an XLT but with the price he quoted I bought a Lariat for only a few dollars more the the XLT in Greensboro I was looking to buy. Theo Crespo's is Awesome and if your interested in buying a new car or Truck I would highly recommend seeing him. There was no going back and forth on the prices, the price he offered was great and I knew I was getting the best deal around. I promise you want be disappointed if you go by and see him. Great I started working with Joseph Birch by text, emails and phone calls as the dealership is in NC and I live in VA. Joe was awesome to work with and went out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable with the condition of the used car before I spent the better part of a day on a trip down and back. Unfortunately, Joe was unable to be there the day that we came down to purchase but Tony Mabry made sure that we were taken care of. Joe has since followed up with me and I am pleased with the whole experience. More
Unfortunate and Unusual Circumstances The first car that I purchased was on 02/03/2016. At the time I was told that it needed a fuel pump and that I could get the car in a couple of days. No big deal to me as the car was still under factory warranty. Two months later and the car is still not fixed, so I saw a car on the lot that I thought I would be interested in trading for. Long story short, I now have that car and I am very happy with it. I wish that I could say I am as happy with the deal I made to get the car, but I cannot. Other than that, I was furnished cars to drive as they were trying to repair my car. I like all of the people at Stearn's Ford. I just feel like after so long of not getting my car ready that they could have reached out to me about what could be done to rectify the situation. Thanks More
Made buying a new car as painless as possible.... I recently purchased a car from Stearnes Ford. The experience was a good one. The salesman , Keith, was excellent. Very knowledable and not pushy. Easy and Helpful I located the vehicle for my business using an online search engine. I emailed the dealership, who responded immediately. I was able to fill in paperwork via email, secured financing via email and they delivered the vehicle to me that evening at my home 35 message away. used vehicles poorly checked over, poor trade in credit I did recently purchase a used 07 Expedition and I thought It was a great deal since I found others with more miles on them more expensive. I dealt w I did recently purchase a used 07 Expedition and I thought It was a great deal since I found others with more miles on them more expensive. I dealt with Keith who was an awesome salesman and the ladies in the office was nice also. DO NOT expect anywhere close to trade in value the online program gives you on their site you are better off to use NADA they won't come even close to what their site says the value is. I wanted to buy my vehicle from an actual Ford dealer because you would THINK they checked it over properly and could made all repairs needed well not here. I rushed a little with the vehicle because I trusted them and I test drove it and didn't find anything major. Keith did advise me of a few minor dents and scratches up front so that was nice to know. The very next day after I got it home I found one rim that was bent not just curbed but bent like a pry bar bend and then found the 6 disc changer did not work. To top this all off I went to the beach the next day or so and found out the rear heater doesn't push warm air. One week later the battery had a dead cell and I had to spend over a $100 to replace it and they don't just get a dead cell out of no where. I also seem to have a much needed 100,000 mile tune up which includes spark plugs. So in my opinion they don't look over the vehicles good enough or don't care to make the repairs or advise you of any of the issues the vehicle has and why the price is cheaper. You would expect a used car checked over better at the dealer than a little small generic dealer. Nothing but an email or two and two calls asking about the issues but NOTHING has been offered to make anything better. I will not say the dealer is bad but I would just be very cautious when buying used from these guys. More

On top of that Delaine Kimrey was very prompt at getting back to me when I asked her for more details on the vehicle before we made it all the way out to Burlington (we live in Concord). Dustin Ramsey met us outside and immediately made us feel comfortable. Allowing me a little extra time to test drive. I needed to know that my commute to work would be easy in what ever I chose. He stayed late and was right there with us the whole time while we got everything done through F&I. Phil was super great in F&I and made signing a breeze. I recommend these guys and gals all the way!
