Service? Does anyone care? I tried on 2 occasions to make an appointment for a factory recall. The first time I called they would not talk to me with out the vin #. This was t I tried on 2 occasions to make an appointment for a factory recall. The first time I called they would not talk to me with out the vin #. This was the air bag recall. I'm sure they've see plenty of those. The next time I called I had the Vin # and the rep said he would have to check part availability and get back with me. That been over 3 weeks now with no response. I called to speak with one of the owners and was not able to leave a message as I was told they don't check voicemail. So I asked for an email address. BTW I also tried their sister company County Ford. A different but same result, could not get an appt. I did send an email to an owner. 2 weeks now and no response. Guess they don't care. More
