I traded in my 2016 teuck with 96,500 miles and received $20,000 for it, (higher than the Kelly Blue Book value!!) ALong with a $3,000 rebate and a $500 military discount on my new 2024 Ford F-150. Despite having less-than-perfect credit, I got a 4.9% interest rate, which I’m really happy with. They didn't even require my income documents so it was a breeze, the entire process. The team here truly treats you like family. They don’t work on commission, which makes the whole process feel so much more relaxed. Special thanks to Chris, my salesman, Ralph, the owner, Spencer in finance, as well as Jimmy, Tanner, and Tim in the automotive services department too. They all worked together seamlessly and had me out the door in less than an hour! Not only that, but they set me up with the Ford Pass app so I can remotely start my truck, roll down my windows, and earn rewards. They even threw in a free tank of gas and a complimentary oil change. Plus, they serve free BBQ lunch every Saturday! I’ve been doing business with this dealership for at least six years, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. I won’t go anywhere else for buying, selling, or service. We are 1300 miles away from home on vacation. The check engine light comes on so we take the car to Steamboat motors. A person comes out puts a scanner on it and determines it is faulting on cylinder 8. Th engine light comes on so we take the car to Steamboat motors. A person comes out puts a scanner on it and determines it is faulting on cylinder 8. The service advisor comes out and says he can squeeze me in since it's likely a faulty spark plug or the coil which is located on the spark plug. Later I get a call saying they changed both and the car is ready. We get there and the bill is $380. $90 in parts which is reasonable but $280 in labor which equates to one and a half hours of shop time at the $180 per hour rate they charge which is a common hourly rate at dealers now. One and a half hours to install one spark plug is not. BTW the coil has to be removed to remove the spark plug so no additional time should be needed it's just part of disassembly and reassembly putting new coil on. I had the same thing done at my local dealer at home for $200. More
