He was extremely professsional and knowledgeable about my Wrangler, and made sure to show me all of its capabilities! He was very polite, easy to talk to and made the whole buying experience easy and non-stressful!! Sales manager wanted to over charge me Brendan, the sales manager is shady and dishonest. He negotiated the price $1500 over the advertised price, explaining that they had to recondition t Brendan, the sales manager is shady and dishonest. He negotiated the price $1500 over the advertised price, explaining that they had to recondition the vehicle and put new tires on. He must try this with everyone and assume that I am stupid. Obviously they have to put money into the truck and make a profit, but that is already reflected in the advertised price. I started leaving and that is when we negotiated a fair price. This negotiation was long, tense, and unnecessary. But this was not the only problem. One of the conditions of the price was that I had to finance through the dealership. Sounds reasonable, however, I have perfect credit and they charged me 2% above market rates. A week later I refinanced it on my own with DCU. While driving home on the highway ( the test drive was not on the highway), I noticed a vibration. I took it to a real Ram dealer and they said the dealer had mounted the new tires but never balanced them. They also told me about 3 open software recalls and promptly fixed these. Station should never have sold the truck with open recalls. Don’t go to Station Ram, there are plenty of other honest dealers around. More

Awesome people, not pushy sales and great customer service! After checking with bunch of other dealerships around we went to station 24 just to check inventory because it was tough the combination i was looki After checking with bunch of other dealerships around we went to station 24 just to check inventory because it was tough the combination i was looking for: panoramic double roof and beige interior. As we walked in around 7 pm , Karyn met us athe door. She asked for what i was looking for, although i was so ittitated and exhausted for so many days of dealership browsing and not finding what i was looking for , she was very patiend nice and caring. She brought me Jeep Grand Cherokee with beige interior and panoramic double roof. Me and my husband were so happy with this gem , we wanted to the whole process to end the very same day. They were too sweet to stay after the work hours and sales were done by 10 pm. They did everything for me and next business day i walked out with my new car! The thing i loved about this dealership , noone tried to screw me up with “hidden fees” and etc. everything was super smooth. Even after purchasing Karyn still texted me to ask if i was happy with my car. So kind of her. Very friendly and welcoming staff! Definitely will be back for my next car! More
