After a rough start, all ended very well. Victoria, customer service rep is fantastic. She stayed late to get me a loaner and was calm and reassuring. Chuck, the manager fixed all the problems and took customer service rep is fantastic. She stayed late to get me a loaner and was calm and reassuring.
