I bought a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Station Jeep and was told that I had to purchase for $199. the window security etching which costs around $50. Had a persistent electrical problem and stuck with it till the end. It unfortunately took a while but to their credit they hung in there and provide a loaner and updates as to what they tried and eventua till the end. Recent side view mirror replacement My mirror was ripped off at the train station. I needed to replace my mirror. They needed to order it and taped up/secured my broken mirror until the new one came in at no charge. When it did come in it was replaced in a timely manner and they did a beautiful job. I was very happy with entire experience and will definitely be back. More
