Julianna was friendly and great with following up and communications. However, the owners of this dealership should be made aware of the despicable actions of their Sales Manager, Brandon. Ultimately, the deal was done as originally agreed upon, which included two months of payment for my current lease, but it was an extremely unpleasant experience! Brandon is at the top of the most unprofessional customer service professionals representing a business. He was actually good when making the initial sale, but then true colors were unfortunately shown as I was SCREAMED at on the phone, with Julianna as a witness who stepped in and did the right thing by drafting and providing me with a SIMPLE letter stating I the terms of the agreement. It wasn’t a change in the deal, it was simply guaranteeing me they were going to hold up their end of the deal since it would be at a later date, after the purchase and sale was completed. Something Brandon was ADAMENT about NOT doing, with his reasoning stated as, “I don’t have time!” It’s a very poor look, to say the least, when you will not acknowledge some terms of a deal to show your plans of honest salesmanship. Never mind the shouting and verbal abusiveness. More
