Brandon is at the top of the most unprofessional customer service professionals representing a business. He was actually good when making the initial sale, but then true colors were unfortunately shown as I was SCREAMED at on the phone, with Julianna as a witness who stepped in and did the right thing by drafting and providing me with a SIMPLE letter stating I the terms of the agreement. It wasn’t a change in the deal, it was simply guaranteeing me they were going to hold up their end of the deal since it would be at a later date, after the purchase and sale was completed. Something Brandon was ADAMENT about NOT doing, with his reasoning stated as, “I don’t have time!” It’s a very poor look, to say the least, when you will not acknowledge some terms of a deal to show your plans of honest salesmanship.
