Started out a little rough but ended up being great. Inna was extremely friendly and welcoming. She was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He just told Inna he couldn't come close to what we wanted to pay and that we would just go to the dealer we went to for my first lease. I was extremely frustrated and hate playing those games.
