The overall experience was not good. I went to the dealership in Sept 2018 after I had already been to another dealer and had been in contact with 3 others via email through internet sale I went to the dealership in Sept 2018 after I had already been to another dealer and had been in contact with 3 others via email through internet sales. I chose to go to this dealer because it was closest to home. On my 1st visit i had a salesperson that was able to beat the purchase price and $100. The car i wanted would not be in until early to mid October which i was fine with. When it finally came in, my salesperson had been promoted to manager and i was assigned to a different person. Both were very nice. They didn't have an appt available when i wanted to pick up the car so i had to go a different day. When i arrived for my appt things got a little crazy and i think it was because of change in salesperson. Nothing went smooth and i was there much longer then anticipated. They tried to change the deal that we signed and made and they did not honor the interest rate that subaru has posted on their website. The special offer was 0% financing on all new 2019 Outbacks. The disclaimer did not state anything out of the ordinary but they insisted that it was only a 36 month term for nowhere did it state that nor could they show it to me in writing. This is very bad business on behalf of the consumer especially with a credit score of 780. To say the least i was not happy and i will be contacting Subaru on Monday. More

Great experience! I was scheduled for my oil change and was please to be in and out within 45 mins plus a car wash and vacuum! Nice surprise! Lot not customer friendly. I was only going in for a sticker, had to back out because there was no place to park along the side, your vehicles were even blocking the aisles. Parked in front of building, and was immediately confronted by a salesman, guess he was looking for a sale. I have a major problem with high pressure salesmen, had a great experience when I purchased my Forester, salesman was not overbearing. The answer was affirmative. After the deal was done the finance person said definitively they would deliver the car the next day which was a Friday before a long weekend. She would make the arrangements first thing in morning. We verified the hours so the time table was known. The next day we were waiting for the call which didn't come until noon. This meant delivery as promised was impossible as the registry closes at 2 on Fridays.. I called as did my daughter mutiple times Friday morning as I knew the timing All I got passed to were voicemail and no one ever called back I found out later the manger was off, you would think they would know this when they answered the phone. Not one message got returned I guess once the sale is made it doesn't matter. The car didn't get delivered until the following Tuesday as it was a three day weekend. We paid for a car for 6 days we didn't have. They are trying to shake a bad rep from the previous ownership but based on our experience they haven't come close. I'm so dissapointed I'm rethinking my association with Jeep 24. May very well buy my next Wrangler in the spring elsewhere A 40k sale now at risk to them More

After hearing nothing more, I called at the two week mark. The manager, Inna, said she’d check and call me right back. Later that afternoon, having got no response, I called her. She did not have an update. About 30 minutes later, Josh called, stating that 2 days after my visit they had everything they needed but “the girls upstairs” mishandled it. It was not until my call, 16 days after the purchase, that any effort was made to rectify the situation. No one took responsibility. The next day I asked for an update. No response. The day after, I received a call from a gentleman saying he had just registered my car in Poughkeepsie and was on his way to me. I heard nothing from Josh, Inna or anyone else. More
