Service deserving of more than 5 stars The problem started with a warranty issue that was taken care of very professionally. Right when they found out the service was going to take longer t The problem started with a warranty issue that was taken care of very professionally. Right when they found out the service was going to take longer than expected they reached out to me to offer me a complimentary vehicle which I took them up on as I had to get to work. Once done another issue arose in which they took the vehicle in immediately and called me back within 30 mins to take care of that issue. Believe it or not a third issue came to pass and the level of care mark showed was more than expected. He made sure that care didnt leave the dealership until he felt safe in my car. I dont know how many others would show that level of care for a customer. I can honestly say Mark is the singular reason I will stay with Subaru and suggest other people to go there. More
Had oil changed on the 16th Had oil changed on 16th of October and was left with oil stains all over my driveway and the smell of oil burning coining through my vents. When I went into the location they brought me out side do to the fact I was upset and wanted them to understand my concern my car is a 2018 not a 1988 and I felt like I was treated like a walk in customer paid 30000 from your dealership and felt like I was nothing. No can we pick up your car cause I understand your concern and worried there may be no oil . But instead it was can you bring it in tomorrow. Very upset More

Subaru Forester Purchase Overall excellence on the sales side. Wing a new dealership, understood some delays that couldn’t be helped .
