Because it was brakes I feared I would be unsafe if I didn’t have the job done. It might be helpful if the mechanic were the one explaining the situation. I hope the work was actually needed. Easy and comfortable. Not overly pressured. I really liked my salesman Rick. He was kind and understanding so i trusted him more than most salesman. In this social media age where a person can buy a car on line without even leaving the confines of their home, the quality of customer service will dictate if the dealership not only survives but thrives. Jonathan Theodat exceeded my expectations in this category. I also want to commend Damian Carvalho for his patience in going over the features of my new car. As a senior citizen, this advanced technology is like a foreign language to me and he went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable operating the vehicle. My only negative comment was with the sales manager Inna Perez . I did not appreciate her strong arm tactics and condescending remarks with regards to my ambivalence in purchasing the vehicle.. She embarrassed me by stating that the salesman does not get a salary and only gets a commission and since he spent a considerable amount of time with me it should factor in to my decision. While her intentions may have been to help the salesperson, my opinion was that the remark was totally inappropriate. . More
