Hybrid questions finally answered. So I had a flat tire in the area of this Nissan dealer and my car doesn't come with a spare. So I slowly pull in. Ive got a 5 year old plug in hybri So I had a flat tire in the area of this Nissan dealer and my car doesn't come with a spare. So I slowly pull in. Ive got a 5 year old plug in hybrid from Toyota. Anyway the guy i was dealing with actually knew what a plugin hybrid is and asked how I liked it. Told him I love it so far was worried the battery was failing . I was getting 13 miles in electric mode in the spring/summer but now the range is under 10miles. He said don't worry. The ranges are based on driving habits and most importantly temperature. He said these cold morning cause the number to come down and said watch this... he disconnected the 12v battery and plugged back in. The range.increased . So it's just a learned value that will cyle with the seasons. So back on track. They located the tire and was delivered and installed in about an hour! Quick service and knowledable staff More

I couldn't have asked for a better ecperience from beginning to end. Amazing Service As a female especially, when dealing with cars and repairs, it is important to me that I dont feel taken advantage of or spoken down to- which happens As a female especially, when dealing with cars and repairs, it is important to me that I dont feel taken advantage of or spoken down to- which happens all too often to women in their dealings with the automobile industry. In this case, Andy went above and beyond to assist me following a terrifying experience when my axle broke and wheels nearly fell off while driving. He made sure I was kept fully informed of the repairs needed, the ETA for repairs, and also made sure I received the best possible service and prices. I felt valued and respected as a customer.
